Only Hong Kong and Taiwan currently require a one-time KYC (the system will prompt automatically).
If the KYC link does not automatically appear when you activate your eSIM service, you can click Here to undergo KYC verification.
If you need to use the XPIN eSIM within Russia, human verification is required, but KYC is not necessary. This verification must be completed while you are physically in Russia. Please click the following link to start the verification process: http://visit.mts.ru/
KYC data is not retained long-term and is not required in other regions.

  2. Restart device 1–2 times
  3. Double-check "Data Roaming" is ON
  4. Ensure the eSIM was downloaded with stable internet (QR code is single-use)
