No. To maximize user privacy, XPIN eSIM currently provides data-only service without voice/SMS numbers. Future decentralized identity solutions with enhanced privacy will be introduced separately. ### Billing & Transparency 100% transparent – pay only for the data you use, no hidden fees. All orders, eSIM status, and usage details are visible in real time under "My eSIM" in the XPIN app. ### Can I pause or resume the eSIM? Yes. After installation, you can toggle XPIN eSIM on/off in your device settings at any time. When turned off, no data is consumed; simply turn it back on within the validity period to resume. ### Can I top up in advance and stack data? Yes. Go to "My eSIM" → "Top Up". Highly recommended. Install while you still have Wi-Fi; activation is instant when you arrive at your destination. ### How many XPIN eSIMs can I install on one device? Depends on the device: iPhone up to 20 profiles, most Android flagships 5–10. ### Is 5G available everywhere? 5G availability depends on local infrastructure. XPIN always connects you to the fastest network available in that location. ### Installed but showing "No Service"? Please enable "Data Roaming": iPhone: Settings → Cellular → XPIN eSIM → Turn on "Data Roaming" Android: Settings → Mobile Network → XPIN eSIM → Turn on "Data Roaming" Then toggle Airplane Mode once – connection will restore immediately. ### Can one eSIM profile be installed on multiple devices? No. Each QR code can be used only once on a single device. You can share the connection via personal hotspot to other devices. ### Can I use XPIN eSIM together with a physical SIM? Yes – most modern devices support dual-SIM (physical + eSIM) simultaneously, perfect for separating local and international lines. ### Is KYC required? Generally no. Only Hong Kong and Taiwan currently require a one-time KYC (the system will prompt automatically). If the KYC link does not automatically appear when you activate your eSIM service, you can click Here to undergo KYC verification. If you need to use the XPIN eSIM within Russia, human verification is required, but KYC is not necessary. This verification must be completed while you are physically in Russia. Validity starts when your eSIM first connects to a network in its coverage area, and each day counts as 24 hours.
